Tanks with Built-In Skimmers?

I've seen some tanks with built-in skimmers, usually built into one or two of the corners. What are you thoughts about these tanks? I don't see many (if any) on this forum using such tanks.

Those are just overflows for the sumps that are traditionally (but not all of the time) under the tank in the stand where the skimmer and other items are hidden from sight.
