Test kit to buy?

Hello starting a 40 gallon FOWLR tank


What type if test kit do I need? Anyone no of any quality yet cheap kits to buy?

I picked up the API saltwater master test kit for 30 bucks at my lfs.

API are a good inexpensive test kit however when testing for nitrates and phosphates they aren't that accurate.
