So I'm not totally wrong by using the Red Sea 460nm bulbs. I've had them in about two months. So I will most likely switch to the ATI bulbs in 4 months when it's time to change. Do the MH need to be changed in 6months or 1 year increments?

I would change the halides out in 9 months. Phoenix makes a 14k lamp that's got pretty high PAR and looks nice. If you don't like the Coralvue lamp, keep that in mind.
What size T5 lamps? I have a bunch of 4' ATI blue plus here that have only about 2 months on them. I suppose I could meet you at the fish place some time.
