Test Kits

What is a recommended test kit to use? I have Milwalkie PH/Kh tests, and SeaChem Ammonia test kit. Are the quick dips things any good? I need reliable kit to test my Nitrite and Nitrate.

Nope, those dip tests are no good... Try getting some Salifert or LaMotte tests these are the best around... Nitrate sponges work but are temporary solutions so you are basically masking a problem. I would try and see what could be causing your high nitrates, overfeeding maybe??
