some where around the 55 gallon mark I know its hard to plan while not being specific about the tank size. Currently looking around at tanks with built in Overflow around the 55 gallon mark but most like between 40-75 gallons. I am not a DIY kinda guy to be honest so I want it as easy as possible for me.

I saved lots of money and time on cycling buying seeded live rock from someone off of craigslist. I've bought about 100lbs that were mostly bare except for some mushrooms and critters hiding in the rock. Now that my tank has been running and my water seems stable, I'm going back to the same person to pick up another 100lbs that will have some frogspawn, an anemone and other coral living on them.

In total I will have about 200lbs of live rock from this person at about $3/lb. Much better than any LFS!!
