Ok, I am new to sw, but not to fish keeping. I recently set up a 90 gallon fowlr tank. I added the salt, 60 lbs of live sand (plus 50 lbs of pool filter sand), about 50 lbs of lr, 50 of base. I an running 2 canister filters, and have a mini fuge I built out of an old aquaclear 500 with sand and rubble.
I dropped 3 shrimp in a filter sock almost 2 wks ago. I am getting test results of: pH 8, Alk 300, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 20, and Ammonia 0. Also, I am getting some diatoms on the rock, sand, and glass. I unfortunately did not take any tests prior to this.
The shrimp are still in the bag, should I dose more ammonia, or let it be. Not planning on adding any fish for another week. What do I do with the shrimp, should I add some cleaning crew, etc?

Also included the pics because I am looking for feedback on the aquascaping too.

Thanks in advance!

You are likely cycled, but I'd dose some ammonia and make sure that ammonia and nitrites are down to zero within 24 hours to be sure.

As to the aquascaping, it looks as though you have two pretty tightly stacked piles of LR. There isn't going to be much water circulating through, which can allow waste to get trapped. I think you should try to make the structure a little more open. (Think caves and archways. )
