I probably will just get the t5s, they are still powerful enough to keep the corals I want and I won need to worry about where I'm putting the moonlights. Plus I want actinics really bad. And ya lol, they asked me. I think that they want to see some stuff in the tank soon.

Bought the light today.. But some bad news.. I think I found an apstasia. How should I kill it? I couldnt find a syringe to kill it with, only a turkey baster. I've heard lemon juice and boiling water.

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I can't it's too small :/ it reacts to movement by closing up it's tentacle things. I'm pretty certain its apstasia though.

well then you need to get rid of it. before it spreads. you can use lemon juice or if you have kalkwasser you can mix that with water. Either way you really have to jab the little bugger and make sure you get him.

"a hitchhiker that has a tube, tentacles, and closes when something comes near it" could be anything. Colonial hydroids, feather dusters, you name it.
