Ok so I have a chance to buy a AquaC EV-180 Protein Skimmer for 175 bucks. Should I get it or just hold out and get the Reef octo NWB150 for 225? Anyone have experience with the aquac?

never experienced either however my initial reaction would be that the Reef Octo would probably be the better option. Hence the £50 difference in price.

Which one do you want the most and how long would you have to wait to get the Reef Octo?

The aquac is used its a $400 skimmer new.

Well just answered my own question with some research and a price drop from the guy. I am getting the skimmer with a Mag5 pump (going to upgrade the pump) and two 750 Hydors for 190.
