Tiny brown spots?

I'm in my 3rd week of cycling and have noticed a dozen or so very small brown dots develop on the sand and rock? What are they? Is it normal?

I don't think it is a water quality issue. Im using only RO/DI

Just looks like diatoms. Normal for the end of the cycle it will go away on it's own.
