Trigger & mushrooms

I have a 150g tank & have some established rock & one is full of mushrooms. But I am absolutely intrigued with trigger fish. Would a trigger fish nip at the mushrooms? & also what about tangs?

Not only would a trigger fish nibble a the mushrooms he will also nibble at the rock!
