I guys I am hoping to upgrade to marine long story!! I need a couple of questions answered ATM I have 24 cichlids in the tank I have at the moment it's a temporary tank really for them as I want o get rid of them but that's another story! I would like to keep

Anemome? Good bad idea?

Pease tell me how long I need to cycle for about and the best things specs below!
200 l tank fluval Roma
Fluval 406
Twin output light unit with hi glo and power glo bulbs I think
2 heaters one each end in case one fails these and good haters fluval e200 and fluval silver reflection thing series
Also for max filtration and oxegenstion a fluval u4
I have done marine before but half the size tank and it just wasn't as good as I hope this to be I need advice on cycling aquatic checklist for items and top tips not all the usual boring ones like be slow with the fish Nd everything as I know that. Stuff already but the cycling process I want to be dead straight on,,
Also can I keep a some sort of tang as I would r ealy like to
