ups( jump on the word fragile) brought my bulbs today

i swear they see the word fragile and try to break it sometimes but thanks to the outstanding crew at www.reefgeek.com they were not successful the bulbs came cushioned in foam pellets inside pvc pipe with more foam kid you not i would give reefgeek a 10 out of 10 for outstanding and ups i think there uniforms are crap brown for a reason reefgeek ups :x

Well its good that they packed it in PVC. When I get bulbs from Hellolights they are usually in the trangle shipping tubes wrapped in bubble tape. ReefGeeks method of using PVC is much better.

How much did they charge for shipping to use that method?

hmm. never had a bad package from UPS, but I did order an exhaust for my car once. and in came to me Fed Ex. and pretty much crushed beyond repair. hoever they did pay for the peice and sent a new on.

Moral of the story: no matter who it is, you'll allways get a damaged package somewhere along the line.

Glad your bulbs made it in one peice.
