using a surface skimmer

thinking of hooking up my aquaclear power filter to a surface skimmer, does this work well?

If you can get the Surface skimmer to stay hooked up to the Aquaclear it will work like it does with any other powerfilter.

It is good to skim the surface of a SW tank.
