VHO vs. CF

Which is better for supplementing MH's?

I know that there is going to be a mixed opinion about it, but I just want to see what people prefer.

VHO is always better IMO, and cheaper for long term. The light bulb is way expensive for PC

Well the URI VHO's are what I ended upgoing with since I had an extra Ice Cap ballast, It is broken but I sent it into them and they will fix it for $65 since its out of warrenty.
