Water change

I just did a 25% water change and was wondering how long I have to wait before I can test for nitrates, nitrites, ph, alk, calcium, ect. I only use io salt and when I run out I'm going to switch over to a reef salt. So does anyone out there know when I could test my water parameters? Thanks

I would say maybe hour. It won't take long for the water to recirculate.

Do any of u know how much water my powerheads should be moving in my 55 gallon tank. I thought 20 times Capacity would be good

I have 2 750gph powerheads in my 55g and 2 1400gph in my 125g plus the return at abotu 1200gph.

Which powerheads do you have now?
