I would suggest returning them and doing a fishless cycle of the tank. Otherwise you are going to need to test your ammonia daily and do a 50% water change to keep the ammonia no higher than .25ppm. This could be as often as daily.
If you can I would take the fish out and let the tank cycle, if not you will need lots of ro-di water and salt on hand to do wc's when ammonia gets above .25ppm
