Water mix

I mixed RO/DI water with salinity salt let it sit for 24 hours with water pump..then the water sat overnight with pump off... .now that I go to look at water... it looks to have a milky white n not clear color... Any idea why?

What's the salinity of that water?

what temperature was the water when you were mixing? cold water dissolves salt slower. i think.
