Water movement

I have 4 Aquaclear 802 power heads (400 gph) and my sump pump is a Mag-Drive 12 (1200 gph)
Is this enough flow for a 90 gal and where should the power heads be placed?
I also have a Red Sea Wave Master Pro...is it good to use this or should i just let the power heads run at all times, or leave a few always running and let the others cycle?

Yes, that should be plenty of flow. I'd put three of the PH's on the Wavemaster and leave one running all the time. Put one on each end of the tank aimed at each other and one on the back wall blowing at a slight angle. I'd put the one that runs all the time in a back corrner and point it at the opposite front corner. JMHO.
