Water parameters

Nitrate- 2.5/12.5
Nitrite- .1
Alk- 3.6
Ph- 8.6
Calcium- 380
Dkh- 12 / kh/gh- 214.8
Phosphate- 1

I know the nitrites and nitrate should ideally be at zero. Considering I do a 10 percent water change every two weeks are these numbers bad? I don't really know what alk, dkh, are or where they should be. I am completely new to this and started in June of this year.
