Water parameters for a newb

Just took a reading and this is what I got
Ph: 8.0
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 160ppm
Salinity: 34
Spec grav: 1.025
Temp is at 81

is the nitrate being that high normal?

No nitrates are way to high. PWC`s are needed.

Ok pwc, what's the highest I should let the nitrates get before doing a pwc

How big of a water change do you think is required seeing as my levels are so high

I would do as large as a water change as you can. Nitatres as stated above should not be above 20ppm.

What kind of filter, tank size and do you have a skimmer? Thats alot of nitrate! lol

The water is from a cycled tank I have a remora p skimmer w the maxi 1200, and an eheim 2213, and LR it's a 46 gallon that I just started on sat
