Water Pump from the Sump

my overflow has a bulkhead rated for 600gph going to a 10 gallon sump. What brand of water pumps would you recommend and what should the rating be to get water to go up about 4ft back to the tank?

A Mag 7 pump which does 700 GPH with no pressure pumps 480 GPH at 4ft. I wouldn't run more then that through a 10 gal sump.
