Ways to attach rocks together?

I have some smaller rocks that I'd like to attach to each other to form a structure. I think cement would work but it's a bit of pain and messy. Does anyone have some easier methods?

you could try super glue gel or aquarium safe silicone. I know a guy who used a dremil with a cement bit to drill holes in small lr and used tie lock straps to put them together to make a wall in a nano tank. he also used egg crate to attach the wall together...

There are a few products made specifically for this.

If you mean cement like concrete I have heard it will cause your pH to rise very high unless you go through a long process of curing it.
