It's going to be my first out of town trip with coral and the bio cube. I don't have a heater in the tank since the tank lights heat it up and it stays constant and barely drops 1°. I don't want to leave all my lights on because I'm scared the pump will be spewing bubbles once it gets low and I won't be here to top off and it may do some overheating since I can't buy a timer. But then if I leave the lights off, will the corals be fine? The temperature would also drop.

having a heater in the tank dont mean it has to constantly run thats why they have thermostats , as for going away a day or 2 your corals will be ok with no light it would be like a few rainy days , as for evaporation 2 days wont hurt till you get back to top off , fish will find scraps in the tank
