Weird stuff on live rocks?

hi everyone. I just bought 50lbs of live rock from someone on craigslist. Can someone help me identify what are these stuff growing on the rocks are? and are they bad or beneficial to the tank? I attached the pictures. I'm questioning about the little branches that are growing out from all over the rocks. The other two pictures show some transparent tube thing on the rocks. Are they safe to keep? Thanks!

Everythings good. First pic is maybe some sea fans, Second pic, sponge, third pic, maybe sponge. Either way, I would be fine putting it in my tank.

Nothing bad so far. It's ok.

But it's good ur keeping watch. U will see other things grow too so it's good to know what u have..
