what are good marine conditioners?

i have no experience in water treatments, water conditioners... do i need to add calcium? iodine? coral food?

i got a 72 gal w/ 15gal refuge with about 40 pounds of live rock
bunch of hermit crabs, 3 peppermint shrimp, small batch of star polys, bunch of pods, and a small sponge.
