I do have a question though. The owner of the fish store told me after I use the Aiptasia x to replace my carbon filters after a few days and to also do a water change? I told him that my tank is 3 weeks cycled. I'm not sure if I should do a water change since my tank is cycling but I'm not sure if I should since I am using chemicals?

Your fine, and yes. U don't need to run carbon if ur cycling. Just let it run.
