What are you guys using for filter media?

I'm currently using polyester batting..it works quite well..maybe too good? I'm changing it almost daily..I have them cut to fit the top tray in my bio cube 29..does everyone else's get this dirty this fast as well? Its like a sand color build up..weird..

I have the same issue with my cube. I tend to change it out every few days, works for me that way. If not I;d be changing it out every day too lol
