I only buy dry goods from my LFS if there is an emergency. My LFS marks up their dry goods from 90-140%. I buy 99% of my dry goods online.

Yep, I ordered 270LBs of dry sand, a 6 foot lighting system, a couple buckets of salt and some other stuff from drsfosterandsmith, shipping...$15.99!

AoiGSR has fishy dreams
I support my LFS and buy everything from them if they have it in stock. Then I go online if they don't or wait for them to get it in. I figure if I don't then they'll just disappear and I'll only be able to get livestock online.

Roka64, what kind of lighting are you running? I have a canopy and don't know if I should put more retrofit lighting in there or if it will be better to just get a new lighting system that has more wattage.
