looks like a button polyp or possibly a zoanthid.

bad good? if u go near it it closes not like a feather duster and the tenticle things go innnnnnn is it good or bad?

Niether, it just is. It is a soft coral polyp, if that is what it is, it is difficult to be sure with that pic.
