What is this fuzzy thing on my rock

Here is a picture of it. Is it an Aiptasia? If so what should I do? Any advise would be great.

The plus sign, at the bottom, when that opens, the three dots at the top right give you the picture option, at least on my phone. Hope it helps. Be sure to upload with the icon on the top of the pic you picked also.

Pretty hard to tell from the pic. Could be some sort of sponge. Most likely harmless whatever it is.

Is there anyway you could take a clearer pic? Are you sure it's uploading at the highest possible resolution/quality?

Here is it on top of the rock. You can see fine hair like things off of it. Whatever it sits on seems to kink of move a little. I can't tell of its from the current or not. I'll try sending another picture but I'm not sure if it will be any clearer.
