what kind of sand?

I prefer white sand but more so the size is a concern to me.
I don't like the look of the coarse mixed color sand but as I understand its better for burrowing. What do you all suggest for a new 55 gallon fowlr but possibly Reef in the future.

I like the Fiji pink nice color and size. Gobies can sift it and doesn't blow around easily.

Looks pretty good. What about burrowing though?

Burrowing fish no problem. Put your rocks down first then sand so the fish or shrimps don't knock down your scape. I have a pistol shrimp,star serpents and engineer goby that burrows all over.
