What kind of water after acclimation?

So i like to drip acclimate my fish for 2 and a half to 3 hours depending upon the fish and or inverts. After the acclimation i dont lose a huge amount of water, maybe 4 or 5 gallons, now here is my question.

Do i need to add saltwater when i replace the tank water i take out? Or weill RO/DI water suffice?

Its a 110 Gallon reef tank if thats helps at all.

If you took out straight salt water then you have to add salt water back in. To be sure you can test the salinity of the tank water

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

Do you have an ATO? If so either turn it off during the acclimation or simply let it fill your tank for you by putting it in saltwater. The last little bit I let ro water run through it so the pump is cleaned out.
