how would you reccomend to set up live rock in main tank?

most people stack them in the back so the fish are forced to be viewable, but also make sure when stacking them, that you create enough caves and holes for all the fish

finially am hooking the ro/di unit up and at first it was doing good..water moving but now its half full and nothings happening wuts wrong???
