what size filter?

I have a 29 gallon tank I'm going to do a fowlr and am buying an aquaclear filter for. Should I get the 50 gallon or the 70 gallon filter? I feel 70 gallon my be overkill but idk I'm new to salt water.
75G SPS Bare Bottom Reef
4g Nano LPS Reef
40g Fowlr
