I have a 75 FOWLR it has 4 damsels, 1 trigger, 1 snowflake eel, 1 rock crab, 10 snails and 1 Tasmanian devil. The water is a little cloudy. I have 2 aquaclear 500. One with foam and charcoal and the other with bio cubes and foam. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

could be something serious, could be something silly.

when i was a beginner, i didn't put the white filter material in the tray on top of the bio-balls in a wet-dry filter system. so basically it all the dirty stuff went right back into the tank!

that made me feel very stupid

Could it be small particles of suspended sand or other debris being shook up by the Eel or other inhabitants? If so there's not much you can do except beef up the mechanical filtration and clean it often.
