what to feed them?

I am currious to know what to feed my new marine fish (soon to be fishies)? I just bought some marine flakes but have reading in a lot of places that a lot of marine fish wont take marine flakes...so what kind of stuff should I feed them? a lot of places just say "prepared food" so is that like, frozen blood worms and frozen foods? Thanks

I use frozen San Fransisco brine and mysis, soaked in Zoe/Selcon/garlic. Then I also feed flake. My blenny wouldn't eat flake. I feed on this schedule:
1 frozen (soaked), skip a day, then go flakes, skip a day and back to frozen.

I feed every other day but I feed Prime reef flakes and mysis shrimp and mega marine and seaweed selects. The key here is Variety. Not the same thing all the time.
