Whats a good cleanup crew?

I want a crew that for around $100 would do a good job on my hair algae.
LFS told me he wont sell a "pre-made" crew without knowing what my tank is like. This way he can add inverts. that will target my problem areas.

What are your suggestions?
I have 65Lbs LR
3" DSB
and ALOT or hair algae.

30 blue/red leg hermit crabs, 2 emerald crabs, 1 sally lightfoot crab, 15 to 20 mixed snails(turbo, nassarius,zebra, etc), 1 serpent star, 1 or 2 urchins(any kind). These will all be good to start. You might want to look into the lawnmower blenny also and there are a few other fish that might help out with algae. These are just some ideas.
