where to place frogspawn

i got a frogspawn and the guy just ripped it off where it was, didnt know what frogspawns look like at the stem. So its got a nice size but the stem was just ripped off the rock, is that ok(its like white at the bottom)? it looks like i cant place it vertically. Basically like a worm shape with a frogspawn at the end, is that even a part of the frogspawn? lol

is it ok to just lie it down on my rock and it will eventually attach?

That's how they expand to build.more heads. Also means its a branching variety instead of a wall variety. For mounting just glue it to a rock so that it stands up, you wanna try and keep all tentacles from brushing against any rock work.

You could find a hole or crevice to push the base into or even the sandbed maybe.

i wedged it between 2 live rocks so they would not get lose, my midas sometimes knocks em over so i made it really secure

its looking great! hope it grows fast
