I am doing research and preparing to buy my equipment. I am considering a 90g glass tank for a FOWLR setup. Maybe someday a reef tank but not right now.

What filter makes sense for me? A wet/dry sump filter? The LR should help with filtration and I would like a quiet setup with as much hidden components as I can.

Thanks for your help.

most everyone here is gonna tell you to get a good skimmer and lots and lots of live rock, and skip the mechanical filtration...just use powerheads for some circulation.

The LR and LS will do the bulk of your filtration. The skimmer is a good thing to have for a beginner as well. If you want a wet/dry you can use it or you can just put a sump in the bottom to hide your skimmer and heaters.
