The 70 watt would be perfect. IMO you would have some problems with bleaching even on sps with the 150 watt because ten gallons are only 12 inches deep and the 250 would just burn up anything you put in there, not to mention boil the water (just through some pasta and sauce in for some shrimp alfredo!).

It's when the coral expells it's photosynthetic zooanthelle (forget how to spell it) due to the stress, turns white and dies from starvation.
