White film on glass

The past week or so, I keep having to clean off a whitish film on my glass. Everyday it comes back, when its wiped off it just sort of turn into powder and clouds the water. Is this some sort of algae or something else I should be concerned with?

I do weekly 20% water changes, Ni are < 10

The tank is still young, about 7 weeks.
