White spots on glass

I keep getting these white spots on the glass in the back of my tank. Anyone know what it is or how to get rid of them. I can scrap them off.

Looks like little feather dusters to me. I have tons, I just let them grow & leave them.

They look like either calcium or salt build up but I'm not sure what it is or why they keep appearing. This pic maybe a little better.

+1 feather dusters. They are calcium tubes. They're fine. Just leave em.
