White stringy things attached to glass, not sure what it could. Also I noticed a white film on glass, could this be a water issue?

Pretty sure they are planaria worms
I'm not sure but I think they come out when you overfeed.
They are harmless though, I have had them before, and my fish ate them.

Whoops sorry that might have been a wrong answer I just noticed that it was a saltwater tank.
