Why is my air pump and uv filtration pump (JUP 01) throwing out cloudy sand?

I am using aragonite sand instead of crush coral but recently my canister filter and regular filter were also making my tank cloudy so I had to clean them. Once I did they started working fine throwing clear water. It all began when i was stirring the sand on my 1st week of cycling. But now my air pump and uv filtration are throwing cloudy water and clouds up my 37 gallon tank not a whole lot to the point where you can't see anything but just cloudy. I tried cleaning the uv filtration pump but is still throwing out cloudy water :/ has this happen to anyone before be because of your sand?? 2 weeks of cycling.
