Looks like its just a 2 stage drinking water filter... Maybe google the brand and see how much it actually filters. For salt water your goal is 0 TDS, which I don't know if that filter is capable of...
There is no R.O. membrane in that unit. That's just a sediment and carbon filter. It's better than nothing (with new filters of course), but I would consider a reverse osmosis unit.
Under 100 is going to be tough. You could get a used one for that, but they are generally just over 100.
