will this lighting be sufficient?

Hey all,
Setting up a 250g reef tank. The bulbs I have are (4) 54w T5 acitinics, and (2) 54w T5 aquablues. Will these 6 bulbs be sufficient to grow my various coral? Thank you!

How deep is the tank? I wouldn't think so.......

30 inches from top to bottom.

No. I have 8 bulb for 28 and I need sps and lps at the top.
