Your Nitrate Readings

what are your current nitrate readings for your reef? for your FO? do you have a particular limit that you wont let your nitrates approach? what methods do you use to keep nitrates at bay?

0ppm, if I had nitrates, I would not let them get over 10-15ppm for a softie tank like mine.

0 ppm...Probably wouldn't allow them to go passed 10 ppm in my reef

Mine are usually about 7, give or take. I keep them under 10 generally but they've snuck up as high as 20 before I had my fuge growing properly. At 20 I did several large water changes to get them back in check.

Mine move between 2.5 and 5.

0ppm is where they should be. At the most 5ppm for a reef tank. In a FOWLR you can easily have them at 10-15 no problems there...
