1.5G acrylic tetra

So I have a little tank that is now empty, no water, no rocks. Been vinegar and hot water cleaned. it's just too empty.
I am wondering what I CAN put in it. a single male betta? some rcs?
It's got a small air pump filter rated for 1-3G tanks that came in the box when i got the aquarium from walmart.

Let me hear some thoughts!

A betta won't fit but some RCS will. Maybe 6-10.
