My sister had 6, but it can be from 3 or 4, to around 30. I have heard about someone that had 50, not sure if it is true though.

Will all of the babies be one color or will they be mixed

I don't know, my first batch of fry ended up dying from an ich outbreak before they got their color, and my second batch is only a few weeks old and don't have their color yet

Sounds like a clown pleco maybe?
What is the size?

5 guppies
5 tetras
3 shrimp
3 mystery snails

10:
5 guppies 3 shrimp 2 snails

It depends on what kind of pleco it is. Please post pics. Your male/female ratio for the guppies is totally wacked.
