Does anyone have any recommendations for what kind of soap is best to use to clean a used tank i just got?

I never use soap as you can not be sure you get it all removed. In my tanks I've used diluted vinegar and rinsed, rinsed, rinsed. I have not had problems but I could have just been lucky. Others on here will know much more than me.

Never use soap. When I got my secondhand 70g it was previously used as a saltwater setup and was covered in salt deposits. I used straight vinegar to clean them all off then rinsed it really well and I never had a problem.
